Installing 3rd party plugins on CS5?

Hi all.
I currently have CS4 masters edition, and just got me a CS5 Photoshop (running in on i5 Imac)
Install went well, no issues, but now that I am trying to install the third party components (Noiseware, Silverefex, Topaz etc), I am not seeing these applications under "filter" menu.
I've read that I can try to switch PS to run in 32 bit mode. Doesn't work. It crashes..
When I install the apps, I am told that installer is unable to find the appropriate folder to install. and I chose Photoshop CS5\plugins folder..
Any idea\help?
