idiot can't embed exif

idiot can't do anything that involves PC language. I can't find "photo details" as must be on to embed exif. But I do find "more photo details". a window then pops up w my exif, but on the top of this window there is supposed to be a hyperlink for "Photograph Details". I do not see that. let me try this. You can delete this if it works.

I did right click on photograph details, is that a hyperlink? I don't know what the word hyperlink means.

I don't know what a clipboard is.

I don't know if I am supposed to type out all the pertinent info as examples were given to me earlier.

I am totally lost.

I am an idiot, please delete if this is not a proper post. I got this far, I can't get any further.

My goal, in case I haven't stated it is to embed my exif in every photo posted.

I know there is a thread of other idiots somewhere, but I have run two searches and I can't find it.
