Client having problems seeing website

I just recieved a call from a grandmother of a photosession I recently did who is very anxious to see the pictures. She called me and said nothing shows up with the link I sent her via email except the top navabar. She can't see anything asking for a password.
I'm wondering if anyone may know why this is happening. I walked her through over the phone to no avail. Is there some program that her computer may not have to view this? No one else has any other problems.
What also is weird is that she can view the 'packages' tab just fine. Just not the 'galleries' or the address I sent her. Weird.
Someone please help!
