Ghost of a Virtual Copy

I deleted the original image of which I'd made a virtual copy in another gallery. Now I have this weird broken thumbnail and framework for the virtual copy.

I've tried removing it directly. I get the usual "don't worry, this won't delete the original" note, but it doesn't get rid of my ghost.

I only see it when I'm logged in, so here's a screenshot.

Any idea how to fix this?

Just a lag in our CDN, it'll disappear I promise.

It's been there for days now, but since visitors can't see it it's not that big of a deal. I'll wait it out.
