A Willow Emerald Damselfly (Lestes viridis)
Willow' because this damsel deposits its eggs in overhanging branches, often willows. 'Emerald' because of its metallic green body. Another thing that sets it apart from other damsels is that at rest it holds its wings away from its body.
This image is a stack of two, the eye came from a third image. Couldn't stack all three because that went horribly wrong. Shot it using my peanut diffuser in my parents garden.

Yep tried that as well, but simply not enough light for handheld with the sigma 150 :-)
