Hi Doorbie and welcome! I like both shots, but they are both a little on the busy side. The first in particular, I think I see where you're going with the alternating lines from the left and right. Very cool! Maybe getting closer to your subject in both these cases and finding slightly different angles that bring out the main focus on each shot would help.

Looks like you live in a really picturesque places so I'm sure you'll have tons more shots to show us.
