Great PS work, James. The color, and the sun, have a terrific impact. The only thing that tweaks me just a little is the cut off tree top in the left frame. Also maybe brighten the blue in that frame just a touch (maybe it's just my crap monitor, though).

    Awesome.

Yeah I know but that last shot of the sequence is only cropped a little at the bottom so there's nothing i can do, except maybe crop the top more... and the blue looks perfect on mine, but that might be becasue I have an LCD. I'll have to ask some of my friends how the colors look on their monitors...
    Thanks for the comment

I really like the execution, the colors, the whole thing - however, the actual skier is completely lost! So, not sure that the skier is the focal point as much as the 'whole scene', and not sure if this is an issue for you.

By completely lost, do you mean the change in distance from the camera, or what exactly... cause I know what you mean but to help give me more detail. I think that when I took the sequence I intended for the skier to be the main focus, but that jump was so immence i wasn't sure how to include the skier and the jump..?? But when I put this sequence together in PS I only intended for it to look cool rather than put anything in particular into focus... purely for esthetics.
But good comments, look forward to a reading a few more.
    Thanks
PS I have others in this gallery that are more intended to focus on the skier... if you're intrested
