There's always a first time for everything and this was my first Maternity Shoot. I have another scheduled for this coming Monday so I was hoping you could provide some CC on this last shoot I did. What things could I improve on or change in preparation of shoot #2? Is the post good? Is it to cliche`?

Thanks for the feedback and enjoy the photos.

My honest opinion, kill the muslin background. It seems very "old fashioned" to me - but that's just a personal taste.

The sixth one (the silhouette) stands out to me as the money shot.

The light looks a little too harsh on a few of them, that just comes with practice (me and my studio lights have a fight almost every single time).

Good luck, Monday! Let us know how that one goes, too!

I think you have some good pose ideas but the b.g is just too in focus for me. I noticed you were shooting at F4. If at all possible try opening up to 2.8 since you have great equipment..use it! This might help drown out the b/g a bit.. I think the feeling was good from a lot of these shots though --so great work! I like the silhouette the most also. Thanks for sharing.
