The hovers have been getting themselves trapped in our conservatory and so far over the past 3 days, I think I've captured about 20 of them and released them back out into the garden.
Anyway, a couple of hours ago, one decided to come down and visit me at my desk so I put my hand out and it happily crawled onto my finger.
Background is naf but that's just a result of light fall off.
1/200th @ F11, ISO 100 - Hand held in my right hand which wasn't easy. Darn camera, gripped with macro lens and flash isn't the lightest thing . (And yes, I do bite my nails.. lol)

I think the 430EX II is at -1/3 for this. I can check when I get home from work as I've not altered the flash since taking these. These are the two best out of 6 shots taken. the others were rather blurry.
