Downloading a gallery

Is there any way to download an entire gallery of pictures at once into a folder? More specifically, I set up an event page and had a person pick their favorites from the event's gallery, and now I'm trying to figure out if I can download their entire favorites folder at once. Possible?

You're out of luck as far as having this capability directly on SmugMug (Hope we have it someday soon!!) however , there are some apps around here that will help you do this. I like SmugLoader, which is still in Beta but it works great. Here's the thread that will tell you about it: http://www.digitalgrin.com/showthread.php?t=161675 You can easily download galleries, & choose what size photos you want. Claudiu will help you figure it out if you get stuck. Make sure you read the installation page... there's a post about it... it's one of the newest posts in that thread. Also, I think you want to use the latest version he's released, although it may depend on your operating system. Good Luck.

So many people were having problems with it that I haven't tried it. I see you have the FF universal uploader (which downloads too) on that list. Someone on the RapidFetcher page said that works better than anything for them. So that may be another thing to try.

WinDownload is solid. PC users only.
