Printing Problem

I'm not sure where to post this, but I've had a few problems with printing. I recently ordered some photos through my Smugmug site (ez prints was the printer) and three out of the five of them was messed up. I just had a client contact me as well saying that her photos are messed up - I have tried to contact EZ prints and no one is responding to me. Any idea what I should do?

You don't contact EZPrints. Smugmug has a 100% guarantee on your prints: http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-guarantee. It tells you what to do on that page to get things fixed and reprinted for free.
