"Oops! the video you've requested was not found"
I'm trying to open a video on my website that was working previously (as recently as a couple days ago) but is now giving an "Oops" message. I don't remember deleting it and all I did was put a caption on it, as well as use some galley quick setting template to make my Osaka gallery public. Dunno if one of the support heroes has any advice or wants to take a look before I kill it? Thanks!

Thanks,
Andrew

Deleted and attempting to re-upload to see fi the problem persists with the replacement transfer.
hoob - Sounds like you may need to reformat, then re-upload the video. Without a direct link to your site, I am taking a blind stab at it, so if that doesn't work, send us a link to your site, so we can have a look at everything. Here is some info on converting and formatting
http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/How+to+convert+and+format+a+video+for+upload+to+SmugMug
Also, take a look at your upload log in your control panel. To get there, log in to your site, go to your homepage, and click TOOLS > CONTROL PANEL > STATS TAB > UPLOAD LOG
I'll be lurking if you have further questions.

The first time I uploaded the video (contained at http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/14308161_Ng5aZ0 it worked fine. I played it a few times within Smugmug, zoomed to full screen, etc, and it all worked. Then it disappeared.
I tried deleting it and re-uploading it. And the new version still gives the "Oops" message. Oddly enough, if I choose Owner Save, it downloads fine and the video plays locally. But the other options are all "Oops".
Try going in to the gallery settings for that gallery and turning on external linking. That will usually get the video working for you if AdBlock isn't the problem.
