Gallery Summary Total Incorrect

Posted 105 photos to a gallery around 11:00pm last night. This morning when you look at the gallery sub-category, it says their is 1 gallery with 3 photos. People are seeing that and emailing asking when I am going to post the rest of their pics. If you go into the gallery all 105 are there. What's up with the count? Is this an indexing issue?
