I'm not super happy with it, but I was out messing around with my newly-purchased, 1990-vintage EF 35-135 f/4.0-5.6 USM lens that I snagged for $60..I think this lens might be better for more close-in subjects, but it fills a range I was missing in my bag, and for $60 I figured it couldn't be that bad...

    Hey Jim and a belated welcome to Dgrin!

    Great job on getting a lens for such a steal. thumb.gif I'm not familiar with this end of NJ but you got a great stretch of lush summer greens, which is so refreshing. This looks like a really peaceful, gorgeous place to be, especially with a quiet pond like that. thumb.gif

    I think at sunset this place could really pop. I bet the fireflies in summer are crazy! :D
