Would love some feedback on how to improve taking wrestling shots :)

    wider aperture to blur distracting backgrounds. Faster shutter speed or flash to handle motion blur. And tighter framing. Legs don't add much in most ground work shots - so get in tight - but you have to frame tightly in camera - don't rely on cropping after the fact. That part will also help diminish distracting backgrounds.
