Cant' collect photos without site password??

I am trying to collect photos form one gallery to place in another but when trying to access the feature from the tools menu, I come to a page that says the site requires a password to continue?? There is no password other than the password to log onto my account and that password does not work in this dialog box.

I have seen this before and it is very annoying; seems to come and go. How do I get rid of it for good?

    FYI... This sounds like a problem I'm having, and I think the source of it is a conflict with customization script #24 that auto-opens a gallery when it's the only one in a category/subcategory.     Our apologies. This looks to be an issue on our end. One of our developers is looking into this.

    At least with Janice's gallery(ies). We found that the password requirement only manifests itself when using a custom domain. If logged into the Smugmug domain. Instead of a custom domain. The error doesn't appear.

    Again our apologies, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
