Friendas and Family confusion

Wonder if someone could help. In the Help files for Friends and Family, it says:
1. make sure you;re logged is.
2.Go to your friends smugmug page...
Am I understanding that this is a separate action? I need to have a friend's smaugmug page? But I do not see where the link is? How would going to my friends page, and clicking 'my friend' provides a link to my page?
Something simple, I am sure but it's Monday...
