So I am a bit late making this thread.. but a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of going on vacation with my family to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National park. Needless to say, the scenery and landscapes there were incredible but so was the amount of animals constantly around! While there, I ended up taking over a few thousand pictures and walked a lot to get up closer to the animals to try and get the best shot I could. With that being said, here are some shots I took on that trip.

The full set is viewable at www.JonDraperPhoto.com. Go there and check them ALL out!

    Very good set, Jon.clap.gif

For presentation here...I'd like to see the next size larger image with a space between each. Just makes a more pleasent experience...I think.

Jon, I have to agree with Ric as well on the size being a bit bigger and space between each image. Very nice captures BTW.

Indeed, a nice set of images. I like that first image, even though you got the Pronghorn going away, you managed to catch him in the sweet spot and with a bit of catch light in his eye.
I don't know where I'm goin, but I'm goin anyway.

Nice set Jon. I agree about posting larger sizes.

Its hard to critique a set of images but here goes some quick comments.

#1 & 5 are strong images, well composed. I would try some tighter crops.

#2 the feet are clipped and I would try to reduce the highlights in the BG in my post work.

#4 your subject is backlit, I would try to bring out some of the hadow detail in my post work

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
