Evening canoe ride on Beauvais Lake

Landscape photography isn't always congruent with family life. There are so many places where I would have stopped on the side of the highway and spent an hour or so capturing the light.
That would not always be appreciated by the 4 kids in the back seat of the van.
One evening while camping at Beauvais Lake Provincial Park, we were canoeing with friends, and even though I was in charge of forward motion and direction, I managed to snap a few shots.
1. Into the reeds.
2. Fog on the lake
3.
4. Fading light
I hope these convey the peacefulness on the lake that evening.
Cheers.
