Static and Dust in camera????

I just got another D700 and am having a really hard time keeping the sensor clean. I use the Photographic Solutions sensor swabs and solution to clean the sensor. The sensor is clean as long as I don't use Clean Image Sensor in camera. For some reason when I use this all kinds of dust gets on the sensor. This is not the case in my other two D700s. I have those set to clean the image sensor every time I turn on the camera. I wonder why this is happening? It seems that a static charge is created which in turn attracts any dust to the sensor. I would rather not use the swabs all the time, it scares me to touch the sensor with anything. Even though I have turned off the Clean Image Sensor I still am getting a lot dust in my camera. I always turn off my camera when changing lenses and the one of the reasons I have three bodies is so that I do not have to change lenses all the time. Anyone know how to clean the camera and get rid of this static?

I suspect that the "Clean Image Sensor" is not working in the one copy of your D700 cameras. Send it in to Nikon service and they can check it.
