Privacy Policy

I'm in the process of adding Trust-Guard seals on my site
to try to get more sales.

My privacy policy did not pass the qualifications.

They sent me this via email: "Here's a sample statement that
you can either use as-is or edit to fit your current policy"

My question is, does smugmug have a privacy policy we
can use on our sites or at least copy & paste parts from
it that pertains to our site? Or do we have to make our
own?
