dynamic moth and a mushroom

Im not sure what this is but its absolutely beautiful in color, it was a cloudy dark day today and I had just put in some railroad cross ties along a walkway and from maybe 100 ft I saw this screamer..

and on the same tie only a few inches from the moth this mushroom, and I know it wasnt there this morning so it shot up sometime this afternoon, where the hell did you come from....
