I don't see how the photo conveys any sense of anti-smoking.
It might work with a text line of "Break The Habit" super-imposed
on it, but it's just a broken cigarette as it is.
Anti-smoking photos usually contain something ugly related to
smoking: a filled ashtray, nicotine-stained fingers, blackened
lungs, or people around smokers coughing.
Nice image. Maybe a quit smoking pamplet underneath the broken cigarette
would lend additional message to further the work.
I agree with Tony and Daddy0. Doesn't say anti smoking--says broken cig, might actually make some smokers sad. Also the coloring is a little weird, kind of neon yellow.
