CS5 Issues

I just bought CS5 and even though I knew this was a problem for me with this software I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
When I open up multiple photos in CS5 I click on "Float all in the Window" (I'd like this to be automatic) so I can have them all open and do my comparisons. All good till I find one I like and make it the only photo on the screen. I lose all my tools and have this showing after I make it bigger to edit.
I'd like it to look like way as in CS3 when I have multiple photos open. This way I can make the one I'm working on bigger and have all my tools available.
Another thing I've noticed is when I have multiple photos open in CS5 and then move them around in the workspace to take a look they'll overlap and then end up in a separate box of 2 photos open. You'll get this kind of double image till it clicks into the box. Anyone else see or get this happening?
Thank-you for your help

there you find the options you want
drag the desired window by the title-bar upwards, it will "snap" and becomes the screen you meant
[ minimize the other(s) ]
another thing ;
again drag them around and they will separate again
it works similar as windows aero-peek
just watch the mouse-pointer
drag to the top = normal full screen
drag against each other = combined view
double-click = full screen
double-click again= normal again

I played around with what you told me to do and I'll be darn...that's amazing. Minimizing is the key to what I need to do to get what I want. Sometimes old ways are hard to break ... this is one of mine
Thank-you for taking the time to help me out. Now I like my CS5
