Question about TKD School Photos

Looks like I've got a TKD school interested in hiring me to do their students. No problem as my buddy and I have the equipment and expertise. My question is for those who've done TKD or karate or other martial arts photos for a school. Looking for creative ideas on how to present the subjects even better than just putting them in front of a gray background and telling them to smile and throw a kick or two. Trying to do something different if you know what I mean. I want to wow the parents.

Any examples would also be helpful.
