    I really like #2. #1 there is not quite enough contrast on the butterfly/moth for it to pop out for me as the focus. I like the way the insect is half on / half off the leaf.

    I agree with #2 being the best. Looks like those brown things are dented in. Not sure if those are the eyes or not.

    Tried bumping up the contrast on #1, but it got painterly looking in the background. Will have to do some selective work on the butterfly/moth.
