WTB: Canon XS or XSI Body & Kit Lens

I'm looking to purchase a great condition & relatively low actuation Canon XS or XSI with the kit lens.

This is for a close friend of mine's daughter.
I introduced her to photography last year & she fell in love with it.
This year she's taking a photography class in school And needs a decent body/lens to work with.

I'm looking for something in the $350-375 range.

If anyone's looking to upgrade or part with theirs, I'd be interested in hearing what you've got to offer.

I've got plenty for feedback for high end bodies & lenses on both POTN & FM.
