    Great set...I particularly like the details coming out in the clouds in #2 and the light in the clouds and details on the mountain in #5.

    Really nice work, Brian! I'll agree with Tom - numbers 2 & 5 are my favorites. Unlike Marcy, I don't recognize the location - where were these shot?

    these are shot looking east to the Superstitions outside of Phoenix at Apache Junction - great place to shoot

    Thanks everyone for the comments. Yeah, if you're local, this is Brown Road where it more or less ends out on the East side of Apache Junction. There's a large hill and then it drops down to intersect Mountain View Rd, all dirt. Technically it's state trust land and you're not supposed to be there after dark, but every time a ranger has stopped when I've been there after dusk they've been very cool with me taking photographs and let me stay. I love this spot because it's up high and there's 360 degree views of tons of interesting things to point a camera at pretty much year round..
