Uploading multiple folders to smug mug

Hi,

new to smugmug. I currently have all of my photos organised on my pcs HD in the following manner Year\ActivityDescription i.e.
Year2005\SummerRoadTrip, Year2005\Christmas, Year2006\Birthday, Year2007\NewYears etc

Currently I use picasa to upload but I have to select each folder and manually upload. I have several hundred folders and it is taking a long time.

Is there an automated solution where I can just point to my hd phot collection and tell picasa/smugmug to upload the lot?
