problems with probranding

I keep trying to upload images I have resized within the requirements but I keep getting error messages that the image is inappropriate. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong. Thank you!

For example, I uploaded this image for my shopping cart brand.

Hi,

The first image you linked to is 210x126 pixels, so it's too small to use as a branding image in the shopping cart. It will need to be 210x140 pixels minimum, and it must be exactly a 3:2 aspect ratio. So, a 300x200 image would also work.

The Thank you print image must be minimum 800x1200 pixels, and again, a 3:2 aspect ratio. Your Thank you print image is 1200x720, just below the minimum requirements.

Sticker images must be minimum 400x200 pixels and must maintain a 2:1 aspect ratio. Your sticker image is 333 x 200, so again, it's just a bit too small. You would just need to resize your images to the correct size, and then you should be able to upload these for your pro branding images :-) All the details are found here as well:
