I would personally have cropped a bit of sky from the first two and put the horizon on the top third to force my eyes to look out via the rocks... but I also wouldn't have gotten up so early to take such awesome pictures lol.

I really like the action in #5, great exposure (or exposure fusion?). My screen won't fit the whole picture on the screen so it's as if it's an automatic crop... I'd move the horizon line up a bit to emphasise the rocks. The sky is neat, but definitely the rocks and the action of the water are the focus... make it more of the picture.

Excellent series of seascapes. Love the composition on #1 and the motion of the water in #5.

hard to pick a favorite... there's elements in all of them that i like a lot. i think i'd bump the contrast and saturation a bit, though, to make the colors 'pop'... they all seem a bit bland in that regard.

Great shots Jimmy! I love them all.

2 questions: How did you focus? Hyperfocal distance? I ask cause mine seem to come fuzzy when I do that.

2nd : Are these HDR or just a single exposure?

    Awesome work!

thanks alot for commenting, I didnt want to go overboard with the colors and processing on these,, which I have done before rolleyes1.gif so I took it easy on these, thanks for commenting thumb.gif

these were just set on "autofocus" and I select an aperture typically between f13-f16 for infinite sharpness and DOF,, These are all single exposure images, I did do a small amount of tone mapping on a layer then reduced opacity for a very minimal but noticeable effect, thanks for commenting thumb.gif
