First try at baseball

So I coach my son's team every year and we like to take the team to see a local minor league team--NJ Jackals. We live 5 minutes away from the stadium, free parking, cheap tickets and some good baseball. You really can't beat it. Certainly cheaper/easier than going to see the Yankees! 
Anyway, they do this thing called Baseball Buddies where they announce a kid with a player when they run out onto the field and they stand out there for the National Anthem. Very cool. I was able to get my team on for that.
1: Late in the summer so couldn't get everyone there. Had 9 but one dropped out at the last minute.
2: My son running out to CF with his Baseball Buddy (the focus on this one seems off but can't figure out why)
2: National Anthem (focus on this one is also off, don't know why)

5: Some action--I know shutter speed a little too low.
6: Not sure this works as well as I'd hoped.
7: Close play at 3rd!
8: What a slide! He makes it in.
9: I kinda like the wider shot with everyone focused on the action.
10: Different angle
11: Fly to right.
Overall, I'm not 100% happy with what I got. However, I only had my 28-70 so I'm not surprised. Looking forward to shooting more but I need a longer lens (hence my other thread about a lens). Was fun but I need some practice with baseball for sure. Focus needs to get better, etc.
