Some shorebirds
I've been having a really hard time getting close enough to get better captures, but I'd like to share some of yesterdays crop.

nice reflection in #2
I also like your little horse copyright, it's not obtrusive like some I've seen but yet you notice it, well done

Trouble getting close and personal? Perhaps, as my husband suggested to me, walking on water would help. Watch the rip tides if you decide to swim around them.
I look, from a distance, at the shore here, and I see many people. I got most of my shore birds last winter, smile. I know there are some there now, if I could just tear myself away from the marshes. There is so much food in those marshes now for the birds.
ginger (nice shooting!)

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that the last bird is a White-faced Ibis. I don't believe the Glossy Ibis ranges this far West. I've checked several sources and they all put the Glossy Ibis in the far South East.
