How to remove deleted watermarks from list?

When I go into a gallery's settings and assign a watermark, a drop-down list appears with every watermark I've ever used - including ones that have been deleted months ago.

I only have a few available watermarks in the folder, but I'm presented with a list of many more options than actually exist.

How do I clean up the drop-down list to reflect only those watermarks that exist?
