The flashes that you linked are extremely cheaply made and I find too many people who have had problems with them, either flashes dead upon delivery or shortly thereafter, or some component of the flashes fail quickly. I cannot recommend those flashes for anyone or any purpose.

Sigma EF 530 DG Super flashes are available in Sony mount and I have 4 of the Sigma 500 series Super flashes. They work very well and provide most of the functions of the high-end OEM flashes for much less money.

In the Canon versions that I own they do provide both an automated wireless function (Master or Commander/Slave) as well as providing simple optical slaves in manual mode. I expect that the Sony versions would work similarly but I don't know for sure.

The "Super" designation is very important if you want these functions.

You could also get simple manual controlled hot shoe flashes and use simple radio master/slave sets for wireless flash. All manual control but less expensive and it works pretty well for "studio" type applications.

The Sigma units that would fit your Sony camera:

I believe that the Sigma flash links that I provided are for any Sony/Minolta dSLR. If you have doubts, call a supplier to see what they say and make sure that you buy from a supplier that offers easy returns/exchanges, just in case.
