Is there a way to sell digital downloads as part of my photography package and have the client be able to go in to smugmug and download all of the image files without having to pay for them? Would this be setting the price at zero? Would they still have to go through the checkout procedure?

Thanks!

If you put all the digital downloads into a gallery by themselves, you could give the customer an at-cost coupon for that specific gallery. Since the cost of digital downloads is $0, that should give them the downloads for free.

I did this for an organization quite awhile back, and at the time they still had to provide a credit card, even though the cost was $0. I believe that has changed now, however.

If you allow visitors to view the files in the Original size and make certain that the 'PROTECTED' setting is not checked in gallery settings then they can download the image directly from the gallery, at least that is the way I have been making the files available.
    Cheers,
