Watermarks not changing as specified

Changes I am making to watermarks are not being applied to photos. (all times EDT, local)

03:45pm I uploaded a new file to my system folder and converted it into a watermark.

03:58pm I deleted all unused watermarks from, leaving only two possible watermarks available.

04:00pm I edited the properties of 12 galleries to use one of the two remaining watermarks. I checked the box applying the new watermark to all existing photos.

09:00pm The new watermark applied to only one gallery. Five hours later, the other 14 galleries continue to display watermarks that have been deleted. I have tried going into each gallery manually and assigned the desired watermark, yet the old ones continue to appear.

In the past this process has seemed to be painfully slow. But today it appears to be inoperative completely.

Suggestions?

Hi, sorry about the slow watermarking. Tonight we have quite a lot of watermarks lined up in the queue so it might be a bit longer before they are done. If they aren't finished by tomorrow morning please let us know.

20 hours after choosing new watermarks, nothing has changed.

Whatever was in the queue last night either didn't process correctly, or it didn't include the changes I referred to in the thread starter.

I need these watermarks changed quickly and would appreciate some assistance.

Hi!

I'm Lindy, another Support Hero.

The bulk Gallery Setting tools, like Quick Settings or the Multiple Galleries tab will not work to change your watermarks or your thumbnail displays. Those both need to be changed on a gallery by gallery basis. You can use your Gallery Settings to change them one at a time, or you can use your Gallery Tools. Watermarking can be found under Many Photos, More. That tool works quite well.

If you're having difficulties with a specific gallery, or individual images not changing, please shoot us a link, so we can have a look for you.

Thanks for the information.

If bulk gallery settings do not have any effect on watermarks, I'd like to suggest that the option be disabled ("greyed out"). To the end user, it certainly appears like watermarks are just another bulk attribute that can be applied.

I have gone into some individual galleries and tried to re-assign the watermarks, one gallery at a time. That has not worked.

Although the same watermark has been assigned to all photos in the following galleries, only two galleries are displaying them correctly (after several attempts and methods to get them applied):
