Judging by the position of her left hand, which is not in a good spot for using a camera, flash, gray card, or other photographic device, I'd guess it's actually some sort of musical instrument.
If she were in the southern USA, I'd say she was playing the spoons.
She's holding a bank statement from her soon to be ex-husbands account and using her hand to show the half she will be getting after the divorce settlement while having a very hearty laugh.
OR
She is showing her girlfriends how she karate chopped the top of some chicks head that was trying to take the last pair of size 6.5 Jimmy Choo's that were on clearance.
I'm going with a camera or mirror. I would think that she is looking at her hair and the clip that's holding it back and thinks it's not to bad.
