Cant find the photo tools button

Trying to make a watermark but Ive done so much stuff to the site in the last day that I wonder if I css'd the photo tools button out. I click on the image in the gallery and I dont have any menu. Where should it be? :cry

Browser is set to accept cookies. Im trying this on my mac and pc at work and no tools when I click an image. I have to be doing something wrong as Im not used to smugmugs editing just yet. I click on "My smugmug site files, click on the image I want to use as a watermark, no tool menu shows up. I clicked HOME like you said and I do have all available options to me on that page, UPLOAD, TOOLS, BUY, etc. I cant figure this out. Maybe its a gallery setting?
