hi everyone, i havnt shot any landscapes for 7 months, too many bugs around to shoot:rofl
i knew the light was going to be bad, but went any way.
its a good walk! :D

the light was brutal for water shots, even with 3 stacked 2 & 4 stop nds still only got 1/3 sec exposure :scratch

any how,i got a really strange water effect with the sun glistening off all the frothy water drops.

what do you think
phil

Considering the light you had to deal with I'd say those both turned out pretty sweet. I like them both.

Glad you had a chance to get out to walk and shoot. #2 actually looks quite good, all things (and nd filters) considered!

#2 is definitely the better of the two... the water in #1 looks more like ice. interesting effect, but not what you were after, i'm sure! the light must've been really harsh... i've been able to manage 1/2 second or longer exposures even in bright sun with an ND4 and polarizer at f/18 and ISO 50...
