In the old debate of using railroad tracks for photos there are two sides...that is fine and dandy. I am on the side of go for it. BUT....

What are your thoughts on THIS?

Disturbing only if on live tracks. I'm going to give them the benfit of the doubt and assume they're not active before I condemn them.

I live in an area with lots of train tracks and some are even part of the "Rails to Trails" program. Those tracks are very much out of use, so this might not be as dangerous as some would think.

These are live tracks for sure. As a matter of fact they are the same tracks that were damaged when the Air Force C17 crashed here in Alaska on July 28.

It's not really the point whether the tracks are live or not. It's the willingness to make art which depicts a baby being put into harms way. That seems to be in incredibly bad taste to me.
