I have 2 lens 28-105 62mm and 16-35 77mm need slim polarizer ? should I get 77mm and step down or 62mm and step up dont laugh just not sure I think down

Get the 77mm filter and a step-down ring so the larger filter will fit on the smaller lens.

When you can afford it, buy another filter.
