Fallback portrait of my son

I need a good portrait of my son for a sign in board for his Bar Mitzvah. He's a compulsive reader and his theme revolves around books.

My strobe attempts are leaving me scratching my head.:scratch My garage is always a safe bet for me and the artistic director (wife).

Thoughts on these two?

These are both great, really liking the first one.
I so liked your idea with the first thought you had, hopefully you'll come up with something.

I prefer the first one with the open hands. You, sir, keep a remarkably clean garage floor! Kudos to you! clap.gifclap

Great shots but, like the others, I really liked the first idea you came up with. Anyone you can partner with to complete that vision?

It's hard to say which style I like better. I really like the first set you posted, thought it was very beautifully done. This one is nice too, guess more casual.

Of these 2 photos I like #1 better too. The hands and shoulders are more natural looking iloveyou.gif

Got some good choices here, gotta say. thumb.gif
