In case others are searching for some 'real world' samples of photos and videos from the new Panasonic LX5, I have a gallery started here: http://www.openbloom.com/GEAR-Etc-1/Panasonic-Lumix-LX5-Gallery/13508898_FXv2V

There's also a link in that gallery to some ISO tests I did, for those who want to pixel peep.

The photos have been edited to one extent or another. Some much more than others, but as a general rule I try to stick to simple fixes/enhancements for the bulk of my photos. I tend not to spend a lot of time editing (too time-consuming).

Overall I'm very happy with the LX5. The videos are very nice. Not sure what to say about them other than I just like them a lot better than my old LX3 videos. The AVCHD format is nice for smaller files and teh fact that you can zoom now during video capture is awesome.

Feeling dense. Can't upload vids from my LX5
ne_nau.gif What am I missing? I can't get the videos from my LX5 to upload. Not from Lightroom, not by drag/drop to upload, not by using old faithful. I've tried them just as they are off the camera, and tried converting them to other formats. I even tried renaming them. Am I missing something obvious?

There's an issue with video uploading for the last three weeks. Videos I've been uploading since 2005 won't upload today. See this thread for more information:
