You gotta wonder why the pathway was placed there. I'd probably bring out the shadows a little then bump the contrast. Still, fun spot to find.
Likely it is 'Art' somebody had the idea and money was raised, so it is there in Seattle! I've seen stranger art created a great expanse. huh

i'd crop left and right a bit to balance the shot and lose the column on the right side
Moderator of: Location, Location, Location , Mind Your Own Business & Other Cool Shots
It is a fountain in a plaza in Seattle (a block from Nordstrom's and Macy's). I did not realize it had a walkway until I saw someone emerge from it.
I debated on the cropping, settling on this to keep the flowers on the left. Your suggestion is a good one.
