Third Time for Senior Portraits

This is my first year actually selling my services (wow, can that sound dirty LOL) and my third round on senior portraits. The senior had twin sisters and the mom wanted photos of all three of them together as well - thanks for looking and any c&c is much appreciated!!

I would like the first one better in black and white, I like the soft look, with a better color this is the best of the set.
Second shot is OK, don't love the pose but she has a nice natural smile, looks like she is having fun.
Would have prefered a nice blurred background, would greatly reduce the distraction of the two lines going through the back of her head, skyline and shoreline.

I favor the processing on the first o e better than the processing on the second, the light's more even as well.
