Many Duplicate Page Titles - Can This Be Corrected?

I have been optimizing my site for some time and it appears that search engines would prefer that each of my pages be Titled different from the next. My Concern is that when I do a Google search of

site:www.irrok.com I end up with many, many listings of the same page title. Google adds a number before the title to differentiate them.

Example:

Can I Title each page separate from the next or is this out of my hands...

Is this something that I should even be conc erned with?
