8X10 Luster selection not available

I have a customer that is trying to order some 8X10 photos that I have set to process through Bay Photo. If they select an individual photo to purchase, all is good. If they choose to buy "Photos in this gallery" and then "change product", the only selection for 8X10 is metallic. All of the other sizes show up with all finishes avaialble. If I do the same thing in owner view there is no problem.....HELP.:dunno
