    Thanks everyone!

I was thinking an effective sanctuary would be a nice solid place hidden in the clouds. The building is part of an abandoned concrete processing plant out in the desert. A very unusual set of ruins. I went with giving the 1-1/2 - 2 foot thick concrete walls transparency to lighten it up some so it wouldn't look 'too' out of place in the sky. :)

Here's a BW version, which I like probably more with the exception of the clear, dark spot upper left. It has a nice graphite look which reminds me of Escher to a degree. I think it'd look nice printed on some rag-type paper. 8x12 would be a good size I think.

Hi, very interesting concept - can't choose between the colour or B&W - like them both.

    Cheers, Richard.

Thanks Richard. Here's another BW. This one I changed the bottom of the door to give it a bit more of an illusive effect.

This is a wonderful piece of work. I like how the lighting shows up in the colored one, but the BW one gives it a totally different look.

I prefer the color version. The blending of sky and concrete is less pronounced in B&W.

    Thank you.

I'm going to get away from it for a few days then figure out where I'm going with it. I like the thing I did with the doorway is all I know at the moment. :confused
