my brother's new hobby

a little less than a year ago my brother got a new hobby... he decided to start playing the electric guitar... so i got a new hobby as well... taking pictures of him playing the guitar... anyway here are some of my attempts (mostly his hands)... i hope you enjoy them.

    now try doing it while he's performing and moving around on a stage, then i'll give you some super props.

    thanks for the nice comments!... my brother usually wont let me take his picture, but if it is with his guitar it is ok

    i will take some shots of him performing if he ever gets on stage... which he hopefully does at some point...

    i like it
    i like these a lot-very nice use of DOF and your "angle of attack" good too-what lens were you using and what aperture.

    the lens i was using was a canon ef 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6

    the apertures were as follows
    #1 - f/5
    #2 - f/5.6
    #3 - f/5
    #4 - f/5.6

    Very nice... I particularly like #1 and #4. They are composed quite nicely.
